In 2050, the air and water are toxic and the remnants of humanity live underwater. In the midst of it is a girl who struggles to remember the face of her mother who was swept away by the final tsunami that destroyed the city of Manila years ago. The girl revisits the ruins of the surface in hopes of finding any trace of her.
